I Don't Have a Reel

Here is the best advice you are ever going to get on this topic:

Forget about monologues. We need to see you can listen and respond.

Create 3 self taped scenes in your 3 most castable types.

30-45 seconds of truly compelling dialogue/ relationships / emotion / humour.

Nothing recognizable.  

Get coached on your scene then upload to Actors Access & LA Casting/Casting Networks.

Use that footage to get auditions for short films, indies, non-union features. This can also get you representation.

Then as you book legit work gather the most compelling scenes that show your best work and create a comedic reel and a dramatic reel.

Upload both of those to your sites as well.

Now use all of that to keep submitting.
